In August your wrote to several of us at the APS about email notification 
with the tables of contents of our journals when the latest issue is 
completed. We took your request seriously and have now arranged that anyone 
wanting notification, member or not, subscriber or not, can get this 
service. We had a number of such requests in the past and always intended 
to implement it, but other matters always were a higher priority for us. 
Your request helped raise the priority for the notification service! For 
your information it has cost about $10,000 to implement, as mentioned in 
President-Elect Quinn's email to you.
